This looks to be a go with the sale completed to HUD for the minimum bid of ~$12M (debt price), who then transferred it to the City for $10, who is transferring it to Flaherty & Collins for redevelopment.

Anticipated to end up at 1,000+ units over three phases by 2030. Only 1/3 of the current ~500 units were occupied.

Nice density – but protracted, generic massing and acres of surface parking is rather uninspiring.
