I think that Columbus Park, should become an Italian entertainment area.It already has an average Italian population,and could show more of how Kansas City has a lot of ethnic culture.
Ideally, this would happen organically. Probably would be something the neighborhood would have to ask for and strike a mutual agreement with the city on.
Seems like KCMO is, rightly, focusing on the fundamentals of the city right now. Entertainment centers could come in time.
