The development would include 112 apartments in 10 floors on top of a three-story, 102-space parking garage, with 1,951 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor, fronting the streetcar, according to a presentation from the Port Authority of Kansas City.
New residential plan by Copaken-Brooks has been moving forward, and now will be adding two floors and 29 units to the approved plans. Now 15 stories & 147 apartments looking at a fall groundbreaking.
